Libbey's Impressions glasses have definite drink appeal. Let's start with their girth. The glasses have ample openings, so ice snuggles down nicely to provide lots of chilling surface for drinks. When it's time to give them a wash, a hand, sponge, or dishtowel fits easily, which is important when you want to present sparkling clean glassware to your guests; the glasses also do well in the dishwasher. Their heavy bottoms have a nice heft so they won't tip easily and give the impression that they were handblown. Four rounded depressions just above the base fit fingertips and make these glasses comfortable to hold.
